Partnerships Coordinator 

 

Reports to Partnerships Manager

Contract: Full-time Seven-month contract starting ASAP

What you’ll do:

As our Development Partnerships Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Partnerships team to continue the mission of NYC Pride through donor and partner engagement.

 

This is a contract position.

 

The day to day:

 

  • Heavy emphasis on scheduling, correspondence, and managing Client Relationship Management Software (Salesforce)
  • Assist in the management of donor and client relationships
  • Research prospects and manage pipeline of potential new business 
  • Draft contracts and manage sponsorship benefits
  • Assist with on-site activations and benefits at events
  • Work cross functionally with finance to ensure proper invoicing of all partners
  • Work across event teams to ensure partnership agreements and related details are communicated and implemented in event programming. 
  • Participate in  external meetings with partners as needed
  • Assist in the design of cultivation and stewardship materials
  • Work collaboratively and cross departmentally to execute additional tasks as needed

 

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in non-profit fundraising
  • Prior experience in admin assistance including scheduling and external correspondence management
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software
  • Proficiency in design software (Canva, Photoshop or comparable)
  • Experience with donation management software
  • Experience with Dropbox
  • Ability to work well with others under tight deadlines 
  • Ability to attend to details, prioritize and organize projects independently
  • Solid strategic thinker with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong alignment with the mission and values of NYC Pride

 

Salary Range

$55,000 - 60,000 per year (Prorated)
